Love mountains Land Pediatrics. My daughter has gone here for all 12 years of her life. The doctors and nurses have always been good to us. They always address concerns and questions. All the staff has been great. The docters are very Thorough. Marcy is our favorite. We really like all the art work. It makes the rooms a bright cheerful . Facility is always clean.

My kids have been going here since birth 9 years ago. Dr. Wedemeyer always takes the time to listen to my needs. As a Mother with a child with developmental delay this has been curtail in helping my son get to where he needs to be. The staff has always been welcoming to me and my kiddos and they are always willing to get me in when needed.

We absolutely love Mountainland. Our 2.5 year old has been going there since birth and our now 4 month old goes there too. All of the doctors and nurses are kind, knowledgeable and so good with our girls. We have no problem getting seen for routine visits and when things have suddenly come up and need immediate attention. They are extremely responsive after hours as well. We have seen a number of doctors there over the last few years and highly recommend them all. We even moved about a year ago and still continue to make the extra drive to Mountainland even though there are pediatricians much closer.

The doctors have been great! But the billing and people who verifie insurance information need some work. I have been working on a refund for close to 6 months with no follow up. I called today and was told I now need to sign a letter to request a refund.... it should not take this long to process a refund when the error was on your end. The last time I went in and they tried to charge me a copay and I refused to pay it because I have a $0 copay and still waiting on money from them. Meanwhile I'm scared to take my child in for care in case they charge me and I have to wait again for the claim to process to receive the refund owed to me.
